How to get there

Fundación Loros is based at Finca El Paraíso, on the Villanueva–Arenal road, at the edge of the town of Villanueva, 35 km from Cartagena.

Important: all visits are scheduled in advance and must be coordinated ahead of time. We don't receive visitors without a prior booking — write to us on WhatsApp to arrange your visit.

By Uber

The easiest way to get here is by Uber. Just search Fundación Loros — Loros Wildlife Sanctuary as your destination and the driver will take you straight to the entrance.

By public transport

From Cartagena, head to the Terminal de Transportes. A bus to Villanueva or Arenal leaves every 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Fundación Loros, right at the edge of town.

Remember to arrange your visit in advance before getting on the bus.
