How to get here
If you're coming from Cartagena
The easiest and most direct option is Uber or InDriver. Search for "Fundación Loros — Loros Wildlife Sanctuary" as your destination and the driver will take you right to the entrance. This is what we recommend for visitors who don't know the area.
If you're local
From the Terminal de Transportes in Cartagena, take a bus to Villanueva or Arenal. They leave every 30 minutes, the trip is about 40 minutes, and costs COP $7,000. Ask the driver to drop you off at Fundación Loros, right at the edge of town.
💡 Tip: when booking the ride, make sure the driver takes the northern route out of Cartagena to avoid the city's internal traffic.

About the road
